Customer Service Representative - Morning Opener
About The Position
Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves greeting and meeting potential members, providing a great customer experience, and handling all front desk related tasks. This includes answering information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, giving tours to potential members, and managing any necessary changes to member accounts. The representative will also facilitate member services issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed, and help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Customer Service: communicates and interacts with customers (includes coworkers and the public) in a way that exceeds the customers wants and needs.
- Listening: actively listens to customers (includes coworkers and the public) empathizes (sees the situation from the customers perspective) and works together to solve the problem
- Problem Solving: recognizes and defines problems; analyzes relevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans to resolve situations; seeks additional assistance when needed.
- Diplomacy: demonstrates tact and skill in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
Responsibilities

- Facilitate member services issues and question and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed
- Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club
- Deep cleaning (minimum 1 hour)
- Continued Training (minimum 1 hour)
