About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join a growing service team supporting customers with product service requests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, can multitask effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling to schedule service appointments and troubleshoot basic issues. You'll work closely with service technicians and internal teams to ensure customers receive prompt and professional support.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional phone presence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls regarding service needs and product concerns.
Gather information and identify customer issues through effective questioning and troubleshooting.
Schedule onsite service appointments for technicians.
Document customer interactions and service requests within the company's CRM system.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed.
Assist with basic invoicing and data entry using Excel spreadsheets.
Provide professional, positive, and timely customer service.
Handle approximately 50 calls per day during peak season.
Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks.
