Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Speedy Glass is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our Huffman store in Fairbanks, AK! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time. You will quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided. You will also schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member, resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, and open and close the branch, utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate. You will perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Sitting/computer use for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
- Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
- Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
- Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
