About The Position

Evolution is hiring Game Presenters (Customer Service Representatives) to work in a modern studio environment. No casino floor, no prior experience required — we provide paid training. This is a flexible part-time job that fits your schedule, with available 4-hour or 8-hour shifts. You will host and present games on camera in a studio environment, interact with online players via live stream, and follow simple game procedures. The pay is $17-$23/hr. plus unlimited customer tips. This role offers consistent, predictable schedules, paid training, hourly pay plus tips, a comfortable indoor studio environment, and no customer-facing retail or restaurant stress.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
• Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
• Wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service and hospitality-oriented role.
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable.
• Professional, mature and with a natural ability to follow work rules
• Service-minded with good communications skills.
• Responsible and dedicated - towards your work and your colleagues
• Able to provide an engaging and rewarding experience for our live players
• Able to quickly grasp new concepts.
• Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables.
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
• Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
• Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
• Ability to work a full time schedule
• Game Show Hosts: the ability to wear 2” + heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time.
