Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers and are the “face” of PLS. They are accountable for delivering superior customer service and educating customers on company products and services. The CSR is accountable for maintaining company quality standards and complying with all policies and procedures. PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services, offering convenient financial products and services through over 200 financial service centers in 12 states.
