About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day store operations. Ensuring our customers have a positive, happy experience with our vision of being "Proudly Local, Uniquely High’s”.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to operate a register.
• Ability to learn policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet the customer and assist in their convenience product choices.
• Adhere to all store operations procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Properly execute selling initiatives and provide value to the customer.
• Follow all food service programs, procedures, and sanitation requirements.
• Train to ensure the Fast, Fresh and Friendly approach to the store's quality processes are implemented.
