About The Position

Amrize is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative. (SEASONAL)

This role involves planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and controlling onsite logistics with customers, sales representatives, and Holcim concrete delivery trucks. The position also requires demonstrating a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies, and promoting a culture of safety.

Requirements

• Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, dispatchers and drivers to facilitate accomplishment of the job
• Must have excellent logistical, planning and leadership abilities
• Organized and strong attention to details
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim Approved Personal Protection Equipment (“PPE”), including but not limited to respirators.
• Employee that are required to war respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
• High School Graduate / GED or equivalent experience
• Five years related experience in the construction or concrete industry consistent with the position; of which one or two years of dispatch experience preferred
• Proficient on the Computer

• Fluent in Spanish a plus
