About The Position
Kaizen Collision Center needs a dependable, organized CSR who can manage a busy front office, solve problems, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable with computers
- Valid driver's license

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
- Automotive experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet customers, and schedule appointments
- Handle vehicle check-ins and repair updates
- Assist with insurance questions and payments
- Maintain customer records and support daily operations
