About The Position

At North American Title Loans, our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) play a vital role in helping customers access the financial assistance they need with honesty, efficiency, and care. As a CSR, you'll support customers through every step of the loan process—from answering inquiries and evaluating vehicles to managing loan accounts and performing daily communication such as payment reminders and courtesy calls. Requirements

  • Must be able to work full time
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Honesty, motivation, and reliability
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to pass a consumer credit check
  • Ability to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities
