About The Position

Domino's is growing and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team! IMMEDIATE HIRE! Short or Long shifts - YOUR CHOICE! Flexible Scheduling! Part time and Full-time hours available – Work the shifts that work for you!

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills
Ability to follow directives
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to work alone and well with others
Ability to work well under stress
Ability to meet strict quality control standards
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to analyze and compile data
Ability to make good judgments and decisions
Eye-hand coordination is essential
Depth perception as well as Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

Responsibilities

Take and process orders
Make correct monetary change
Provide excellent customer service

Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck
Stock ingredients and supplies
Navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance
Perform tasks at the pizza assembly station
Stock shelves and clean low areas
Turn on/off oven controls
Change prices on signs
Lift and lower objects to and from shelves
Scoop cornmeal from a plastic barrel
Wash dishes
Obtain topping ingredients
Clean work surfaces
Answer phones
Shape pizza dough
Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven
Use the rolling cutter
Assemble cardboard pizza boxes
Grasp cans, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
Talk and hear on telephone
Drive (requires far and night vision)
