About The Position

Supreme Service Today is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the front face of the company and the first impression for customers. This role requires close attention to detail and follow-through. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fielding important calls, determining customer needs, scheduling appointments, organizing sales calls, and dispatching technicians. The role also involves entering data and prioritizing services using a company-provided computer program. A key aspect of the job is to improve the customer's experience, even if they are having a bad day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • CSR skills
  • Ability to be on the ball
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to play well with others
  • Ability to smile big when customers call

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Background in HVAC
