Requirements

  • Previous experience in phone-based roles such as telemarketing, automotive customer service, or business development is preferred.
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage management and coworkers effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent with general computer use and data entry; knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is preferred.
