Mesmerize, a segment of MJH Life Sciences and a leader in out-of-home and point-of-care advertising, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support and grow our network of physician offices and healthcare locations. You will serve as a primary contact for office staff, handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound outreach to support program adoption, account maintenance, and network health. This role requires strong communication skills, a high outbound calling volume, and the ability to manage concurrent priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B calling experience, ideally in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professional office staff effectively across phone and email
Active listener with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks without losing accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot) and a willingness to use them as part of your daily workflow to improve efficiency and follow-through
Avaya phone system experience a plus
Self-motivated, energetic, and collaborative — you take ownership of your work and contribute openly to the team
Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they use AI tools in their day-to-day work. This includes: Specific tools in active use and how they support high-volume outreach, account research, follow-up drafting, or task prioritization; How AI has helped you work more efficiently across concurrent responsibilities without reducing quality or accuracy; How you maintain judgment and verify AI-assisted output before it reaches a customer or enters a system of record; Bonus: examples of AI-driven workflows or routines that improved your daily output, response quality, or follow-through rate

Responsibilities

Conduct a minimum of 70 outbound calls per day to physician offices and healthcare locations, following communication guidelines and maintaining fluency in all Mesmerize products and programs before initiating outreach
Receive inbound calls and respond to questions from medical offices with accuracy, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset
Identify customer needs, clarify account information, and update records to ensure data accuracy across all interactions
Use AI tools to support call preparation, account research, follow-up drafting, and daily task organization, improving throughput without sacrificing quality or accuracy
Build sustainable relationships with office contacts by going the extra mile on responsiveness, follow-through, and issue resolution
Follow up on material deliveries and program installations to confirm completion and flag issues proactively
Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce, logging all calls, contacts, and account updates in real time
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics consistently, bringing a coachable mindset and openness to feedback
