About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Stow, Ohio store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment, handling a variety of tasks throughout the store, and working with a team to meet daily goals and maintain store standards. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance, and availability for weekdays and weekends.

The hiring range is $11.00 to $13.75. Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
• Work with the food program as needed.
• Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service.

• Work with the team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
