About The Position
ScholarTrip is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with travel-related questions and requests. This is a remote position open to candidates in Oklahoma City, OK. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay: $23–$28/hour. Previous experience is not required. Training is provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.

- Reliable and customer-focused attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms.
- Experience with CRM or support software.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Assist with travel and booking questions.
- Help customers with itinerary changes.
- Provide accurate service information.
- Maintain customer records and case notes.
- Escalate complex requests when necessary.
