Purpose This position is responsible for maintaining strong business and customer relationships utilizing excellent communication skills, monitoring and tracking truck loads; all while providing top-tier customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Entering Shipment Orders into Nippon Express’ Transportation Management System TMW.
  • Check Calls to drivers for track and trace & GPS set up.
  • Update account managers on any issues that arise helping to create and execute solutions.
  • Calling shippers and consignees to schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
  • Request & retrieve POD’s, backup paperwork, etc. from vendors.
  • Maintain professional and courteous customer service relations with associates and carriers.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, carrier and company information.
  • Support management and staff in assigned project-based work.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
