About The Position
Arrow Glass Industries in San Antonio, TX, a residential, multi-family, and commercial glass company, is in search of a Customer Service Representative. This role requires the ability to multi-task with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities. The representative will act as a liaison, provide product and services information, and deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. Responsibilities include assisting customers before, during, and after a sale. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and maintain patience and professionalism when interacting with customers.
Requirements
- Must be able to multi-task, with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass a background check and drug test
