About The Position

Enovis is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its customer service and sales support team. This role provides friendly, professional customer support and general business assistance to internal and external customers by email, phone, and Microsoft Teams. The position supports Enovis Surgical, which provides orthopedic surgeons with solutions for total joint arthroplasty, including implants, tools, and digital health technology. The representative explains products and services, processes orders and related transactions in the ERP system, and assists with returns, exchanges, recalls, complaints, billing, restocking, and inventory transfers. The role is based in Austin, Texas, and requires less than 10% travel. Enovis requires applicants to already have full-time work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales operations, and/or logistics.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Customer-focused and action-oriented approach.
Integrity, trustworthiness, and a friendly, professional attitude.
Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.

Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

Manage inquiries from internal and external customers and provide support by email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
Explain products and services clearly and effectively to customers.
Process product returns, exchanges, and recall paperwork.
Collect information and documentation for product complaints.
Use the ERP system to process orders for billing and restocking.
Handle credit rebills and facilitate inventory transfer requests.
Adhere to the monthly closing schedule.
