Requirements
- Valid Government Issued Photo ID
- Clean Criminal Record
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Nice To Haves
- No experience necessary – We provide in-store training.
- Hands-on and continual training in transferable skills
Responsibilities
- Building customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service
- Identifying and meeting the customer’s financial needs in order to process loan applications
- Collecting on delinquent accounts in the interest of minimizing bad debt
- Conveying information through in person, telephone, and email communications
- Aiding in loan sales, cheque cashing and in store promotions
- Handling and balancing daily cash and debit transactions
- Performing all daily operations of the store
