About The Position

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service & Fundraising Associate in the Atlanta area. This position involves direct, face-to-face interaction with community members to support nonprofit fundraising initiatives. No prior experience is required. All new hires receive paid training and ongoing support to develop the skills needed for success in customer service, communication, and fundraising.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging with new people in a face-to-face setting
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and accept coaching
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, face-to-face customer service through residential outreach
  • Represent nonprofit organizations and communicate their mission and programs
  • Share information with community members and answer questions clearly and respectfully

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
