About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
  • Willing to work minimal overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for any of our internal or external customers.
  • Act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue.
  • Assist in scheduling a service, taking a payment, or updating customer files.
  • Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid.
  • Work diligently to meet the service center's goals each month.
