About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to take orders, answer customer questions, and help ensure a positive customer experience. The role includes taking phone orders accurately and efficiently; providing excellent customer service; answering questions about the menu, promotions, and delivery services; resolving customer concerns; and working with the team to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The position also requires following Domino’s pizza-making standards and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the dress code, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and interacting with customers in a friendly manner. Compensation is $10–$12 per hour.
