About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes work with the food program. You will work in different areas around the store, inside and outside, helping maintain store appearance standards and provide fast, friendly service. The role involves daily interaction with customers and working with an energetic team to accomplish store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing or walking for up to 8 hours; lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead; occasionally lifting or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level; pushing or pulling with arms up to 20 pounds of force; bending at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift; and grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands.
Use eye-hand coordination and, when needed, climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
