Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred).
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a service-based industry).
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Availability to work regular business hours, with occasional flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve service-related issues with patience, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments, manage service changes, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Proactively reach out to clients for service follow-ups and satisfaction checks.
  • Collaborate closely with field teams and operations to ensure customer needs are met.
