We seek a highly organized team player to join a first-rate team of Service Representatives handling our Northeast customers! Our Service Reps support the Service team and ensure that they provide optimal support to all customers promptly. In addition, the Service Rep is responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone to schedule appointments and address and resolve customer issues by assessing the situation and determining the best course of action for our logistics and service teams.
