About The Position

Provide support on Honda account at client vehicle Service Center. Position will include customer service as well as general office functions such as answering calls, running/analyzing reports, reconciling financials and other related tasks.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and computer skills
• Proficient Microsoft office
• Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication
• Requires moderate level of physical activity
• Lifting Requirements 5-40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide support of daily office functions
• Customer Service
• Financial Reconciliation
• Fleet Analytics
• Monthly reporting of vehicle inventories, sales, budgets, etc.
• Support management with daily/weekly/monthly reporting
• Metrics Trends Forecasts Reconciliation
• Processing of company and associate vehicles from American Honda
• Budget accuracy for lease orders/exceptions and imputed income/payments.
• Customer service support for Purchase Programs and business travel needs
