Requirements

Minimum 1 year of call center experience preferred
Strong customer service experience in a professional or retail environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Prior call center experience preferred (1+ year)
Strong customer service background
Retail customer service experience is acceptable
