About The Position

This is a contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA, offering an hourly rate of $19.00. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers with applications and payments, documenting concerns, performing data entry, and managing account maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a positive demeanor, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in customer service, preferably within a call center environment. A High School Diploma or GED is required for onboarding, and reliable transportation or the ability to commute via bus route is necessary. Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding account information and services
  • Assist potential customers with applications and process payments via phone
  • Document customer concerns, update account details, and perform data entry
  • Handle account maintenance including changes, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Explain terms, conditions, and policies clearly to customers
  • Prepare daily activity and cash-out reports
  • Proactively address customer requests with professionalism
