About The Position

For over 50 years, Woodway has been the gold standard in high-performance treadmill technology. Based in Waukesha, Wisconsin, we design and manufacture premium treadmills trusted by professional sports teams, universities, performance facilities, rehabilitation centers, and fitness clubs around the world. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and team-oriented individual to support our growing operations and customer experience efforts. This is a versatile, team-focused role that supports multiple departments throughout the company, with a primary focus on sales support and customer service operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable on the phone, comfortable multitasking, and able to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role will assist with customer communication, order/data entry, and administrative support across sales, marketing, and accounting teams. Experience with Epicor ERP software is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers with general inquiries and support requests
  • Enter and maintain customer, order, and sales data accurately
  • Support the sales team with quotes, order processing, and follow-up communication
  • Coordinate internally with accounting, marketing, and operations teams
  • Assist with marketing support projects and administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized customer records and documentation
  • Help ensure smooth communication between departments and customers
  • Provide general office and operational support as needed
