The Customer Service Representative will be functionally responsible, along with all members of the Customer Service and Sales Team, concerning day-to-day sales matters, and the Production Team concerning order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. All employees contribute to the success of each customer. This role involves developing and maintaining constructive working relationships with customers, managing order entry and verification, and working with Operations for stocking programs. The representative will provide prompt and accurate responses to sales and customer requests, reply to customer inquiries for order status and pricing updates, and maintain and grow the customer base by providing outstanding customer service and up-selling opportunities. This position also requires assisting/providing back-up for co-workers when required and complying with all quality-related policies, procedures, and system requirements. Other duties as required by the sales department and the organization may also be assigned.
