About The Position

This role involves greeting clients and patients, managing appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. The Customer Service Representative will communicate with clients, veterinarians, and staff, handle sensitive situations with compassion, and support administrative duties. The position requires a professional and organized individual who is comfortable working with animals and their owners in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or veterinary experience is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working with animals and their owners
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn veterinary software
• Professional and compassionate when handling difficult situations
• Availability to work scheduled weekdays and rotating Saturdays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience using ezyVet is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions
• Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment flow
• Check clients in and out and process payments accurately
• Maintain complete and accurate client and patient records
• Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, and support staff
• Assist with prescription and medical-record requests
• Handle sensitive or emotional situations with patience and compassion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed
