About The Position

The Customer Service Representative I is focused on building foundational product and system knowledge, while processing standard orders and inquiries. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager. This role is perfect for an individual who is organized, has an attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency), strong work ethic/reliability. A vital member of the Customer Service Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior customer service experience
  • Computer experience and accuracy in numeric input
  • Strong organizational and listening skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines
  • Ability to work overtime when required

Responsibilities

  • Builds foundational product and system knowledge
  • Processes basic orders with supervision
  • Responds to routine inquiries
  • Escalates most non-routine issues
  • Communicates within the team
