About The Position

This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential. Shifts vary depending on department needs. Part time opportunity, Monday-Friday: 9:00am-2:00PM.

Requirements

2-3 years of telephone Call Center Environment Experience
High school graduate minimum
Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to read and write English and perform basic math skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Reliability and exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

Accurately and appropriately manage, respond to, and resolve customer questions, concerns and inquiries
Provide customer with requested information by using application software, or other appropriate means and assist customer to achieve total satisfaction
Interact with customers and co-workers in a respectful and courteous manner and maintain confidentiality of all customer information
Demonstrate ability to accurately and successfully use Eastern’s application software system
Regular attendance and punctuality adherence to a schedule that meets the needs of the department which increases on a seasonal basis
Be receptive to and competently use new technologies
Other duties as assigned
