Shoreland Transport Inc., a division of Cooke is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 3 month contract in St. George, NB. This is an exciting expansion opportunity for someone who loves to be hands-on and personal with their customers. Handling customer requirements from start to finish.
Requirements
- Strong customer service focus

- Hours of Service and geographical knowledge
- Transportation weights and measures
Nice To Haves
- Customer Service experience in the Transportation Industry considered an asset
- Experience with TruckMate (Maddox) considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Building on and establishing customer relationships
- Order entry, ensuring accurate and complete information is received.
- Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure Customers On-time delivery expectations are met or exceeded
- Liaison between shippers, receivers, and operations to ensure delays and issues are communicated timely and efficiently
- Accessorial charge management
- Other duties as assigned
