Requirements

  • Experience in customer service (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Comfort with computers and learning new systems

Responsibilities

  • Creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and patient
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client communication
  • Supporting smooth daily hospital operations alongside veterinary teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling payments efficiently
  • Helping problem-solve client concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Jumping in where needed and supporting the team during busy times
  • Learning veterinary workflows and expanding your skill set over time
