About The Position

Mr. Sparkle Car Wash is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Sales Associate to join our fast-paced team. You'll be the face of our brand — greeting customers, promoting membership packages. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

Requirements

• A natural people person with contagious, positive energy
• Strong communication skills, bilingual and the ability to think on your feet
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Ability to learn and confidently explain car wash and detailing services
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to bring it every single shift
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends.
• Ability to work standing over long periods of time.
• Ability to lift items of moderate weight.
• Ability to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work swiftly to deliver washed vehicles to customers in record time.
• Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers.
• Possess valid and current driver’s license.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to handle the physical demand of the job.
• Experience driving vehicles of different types, including automatic and manual cars
