Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling difficult situations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computers, email, customer service platforms, and Microsoft Office or similar software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, payments, refunds, and service requests as required.
Follow up with customers to ensure their questions or issues have been fully resolved.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Work closely with sales, operations, billing, and other teams to resolve customer issues.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity targets.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
