About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for Store 2741262 in El Paso, Texas. The role involves providing fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment, helping maintain store appearance, and working across different areas of the store, including occasionally the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and availability for day shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and develop ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Occasionally work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain appearance standards.
Interact with customers and collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
