About The Position

Circle K is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and outside, to support store appearance and daily operations. Representatives work with an energetic team and interact with customers throughout their shifts. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to help maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide fast and friendly customer service.
Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
