About The Position

The Customer Service Representative ensures customer needs are met through a range of front-facing duties, including communication via phone, email, and in person. The role focuses on project coordination, aftermarket service, and overall customer support. This position supports both new and existing customers and works collaboratively with internal teams to resolve concerns throughout the project lifecycle, while always maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reporting tools

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Manage incoming calls and emails related to product issues, service inquiries, billing, and general concerns
  • Gather and document relevant information to support effective issue resolution and follow-up
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Engineering, Operations, Service, and Sales to address customer needs
  • Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate systems and tools
  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes, determining appropriate solutions, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring follow-up
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues as required
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Share relevant information with appropriate stakeholders to support continuous improvement
  • Provide feedback to enhance the efficiency of customer service processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach in all interactions
