About The Position

This is a part-time to full-time opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in a busy office environment with growth potential. The role requires someone who can juggle calls, stay organized, and handle details to keep an office running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and professional, managing customer communication while handling basic office tasks. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Requirements

Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable talking with customers and guiding conversations
Able to handle a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed
Willing to handle both customer-facing work and basic office tasks
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus)
High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with services, pricing, and scheduling
Handle customer questions, concerns, and service requests professionally
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Communicate with technicians to keep schedules running smoothly
Enter and manage customer information accurately in our system
Filing and organizing paperwork
Processing payments and handling simple administrative tasks
Keeping the office clean, organized, and running efficiently
Assisting with day-to-day operations as needed
