About The Position

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key customer-facing representative responsible for delivering an exceptional showroom experience. This role engages walk-in customers, manages inbound and outbound communications, schedules in-home consultations, and supports overall showroom operations. The Customer Service Representative is customer-focused, results-driven, and capable of balancing sales support with administrative responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product demonstrations and guidance tailored to customer needs.
  • Schedule in-home consultations for prospective customers generated through showroom traffic and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct outbound calls to assigned leads to generate and confirm appointments.
  • Support local marketing efforts by participating in networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities, as needed.
  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product readiness.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, appointments, and activities within the company’s CRM/database system.
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
