About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a high‑volume inbound call center supporting patients, providers, and internal teams. This position is 100% onsite in Plymouth, Michigan. Candidates must be able to reliably commute.

Requirements

  • 1 year of high‑volume call center experience within the past 2–3 years
  • Typing minimum 30 WPM
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor
  • Reliable, consistent attendance
  • Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • You will receive a set schedule within those hours after training (example: 8am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday)
  • Mandatory overtime during January and February

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls (50–100+ per day depending on complexity)
  • Make occasional follow‑up outbound calls
  • Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential medical information
  • Deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism
  • Accurately enter and update detailed information
  • Use multiple software systems to track and document calls
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
  • Quality and accuracy metrics will be key performance measures
