About The Position

The Habegger Corporation in Rock Island, IL is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide day-to-day support for our HVAC customers. This position earns a competitive wage of $17-$22/hr, depending on experience, plus opportunities to earn up to $4,000/yr in bonuses. Employees are also eligible for an annual merit increase of up to 3%, depending on corporate guidelines. Requirements

Exceptional communication skills
Working knowledge of HVAC terms
Basic computer skills
Ability to regularly lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for HVAC customers.
Communicate with customers both over the phone and in person.
Promote sales, monthly specials, and counter specials while serving customers in the showroom.
Serve will-call customers by picking up and loading orders in an accurate and efficient manner.
Maintain showroom cleanliness.
Perform administrative warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and facilities maintenance.
Process and coordinate the filling of customer orders.
Stay up to date on company processes, policies, and procedures.
