About The Position
Automated Health Systems has Customer Service Representative positions available. These positions are remote but do require you to pick up equipment at our office in Providence Rhode Island. The shift for this position is: Monday -10:30am-5:30pm, Tuesday – 10:30am-8pm, Friday – 10:30am-5:30pm, Saturday – 9am-12pm OR Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 2:30PM.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
- Strong PC proficiency required.
- High School Diploma/GED required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
- Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
