About The Position

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by providing timely, professional, and personalized service. As an ambassador of Groupe Touchette's collaborative sales culture, the incumbent supports customers throughout the order process, follows up on requests, and contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, sales, distribution, or supply chain.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and product availability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Bilingualism required: Proficiency in English is necessary due to frequent interactions with predominantly English-speaking pan-Canadian customers and partners. This language is frequently used in both written and verbal communications. An advanced level is required.

  • Experience in the tire or automotive industry is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries while recommending products and solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Enter, process, and manage customer orders within the order management system.
  • Provide timely updates regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Coordinate special order shipments with third-party transportation providers.
  • Research product availability across distribution centers and supplier networks.
  • Support Territory Managers and Account Managers with customer requests, quotations, and administrative activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
