About The Position

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, patient, organized, and able to handle customer concerns professionally while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
• Previous customer service or related experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with email, chat, and customer service systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers.
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and concernspromptly and professionally.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and other customer requests as required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Meet established customer service standards and performance targets.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to management.
• Perform other duties related to customer service as assigned.
