About The Position

Major Food Distributor located in Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative. This role involves managing calls for the Customer Service/Sales department, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting daily and weekly sales goals. The position also includes meeting customers when requested and performing other duties as assigned. The work environment is a normal office setting, and the role requires willingness to work on Sundays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
• Six (6) months of Customer Service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong organizational skills with a great attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to follow processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
• Strong decision-making skills
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) a plus
• One (1) year of experience
• Experience with Retalix, Extend Data, Ibright GPS Tracking system a plus
