Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent call center experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Stable work history (consistent job tenure)
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM)
  • Completion of required assessments: Typing test (minimum 30 WPM), Call center skills evaluation (minimum 75%)

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or medical industry experience
  • Pharmacy technician certification
  • Bilingual language skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls (50–100 daily depending on complexity)
  • Assist customers with prior authorization inquiries and general healthcare-related questions
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems
  • Conduct follow-up calls as needed
  • Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on quality and accuracy metrics
