The Company: Pacific Aerospace & Electronics (PacAero) is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team! PacAero is primarily located in Wenatchee, WA with a remote manufacturing site, Bonded Metals, located in Sequim, WA. Working together, we employ proprietary technologies, best practices engineering, and specialized manufacturing techniques to produce hermetic connectors and electronic packaging that perform in the world’s most extreme environments. PacAero’s products are hard at work in medical components, such as cardiac-function devices, on key aerospace & defense programs, in space and deep below the earth's surface. The Position: Job Summary Under the guidance of a manager or other senior staff members, coordinate internal sales and customer service activities for various customer accounts. As one of PacAero’s primary points of contact with the customer, the Customer Service Representative presents a professional, dynamic image of the company to the customer. Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7:00am to 3:30pm

  • MS, Excel, Power Point proficient
  • Must be classified as US Persons and are required to show proof upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Work cooperatively with all employees and departments.
  • Adapt work schedule as required to meet company needs.
  • Attendance & Punctuality: Is consistently at work and on time.
  • Follow company handbook policy and company’s cell phone policy.
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and report hazardous conditions to supervisory/Environmental Health and Safety staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate with IPT lead, Engineering, Manufacturing, and QA to establish input for design, producibility and lead time, testing and inspection.
  • Enter a complete and accurate quote information in ERP System.
  • Coordinate and process accurate quote packages to customers.
  • Coordinate and process accurate sales order packages based on customer purchase orders.
  • Review PO for accuracy vs. quote, resolve any discrepancies prior to order entry.
  • Generate a complete and accurate sales order checklist.
  • Coordinate with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to follow up on quote status and consistently report status in ERP and CRM (Salesforce) Systems.
  • Assist with order entry and order tracking in ERP and Salesforce systems
  • Ensure all entries are accurate and aligned between ERP and CRM systems.
  • Monitor order status and report schedule information to the customer on a regular, proactive basis.
  • Represent the customer's interests within PacAero, ensuring the customer’s requests are understood and addressed in quote and sales order processes
  • Identify internal resources and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Provide sales forecast information as required.
  • Report new market trends observed or reported from the field.
  • Report on major customer or program developments.
  • Periodic and limited travel to customers' facilities may be required.
  • Promote teamwork and cooperative effort
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area
  • Understand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes
